supplies are low. We will have a food
drive the first Sunday of every month.

Ironworks Youth Group meets at the church on Wednesday
evenings at 6:30.
Sunday, October 5, AM Worship Service: Communion and
Monday, Oct. 6, 9:00AM: Sewing Circle meets at the church.
Tues. Oct. 7, 6:30PM: Advisory Committee meets at the church.
What We Believe Class will begin Sunday, Oct. 12, 7:00PM. This
class is especially, but not only, for those with other backgrounds
who want to learn more about what we believe as Mennonite
Christians. We will meet every Sunday night for eight weeks. A
book will be made available for reading, we will have videos, a
guest speaker, and perhaps a film entitled “The Radicals” at the end.
--Sun. Oct. 12, 7:00PM: “What Mennonites have in common with other
Christians.” Homework: Read Beliefs, chapters 1 and 2.
--Sun. Oct. 19, 7:00PM: “A Way of Reading.” Guest Speaker:
Brinton Rutherford, staff person from Lancaster Mennonite Conference.
Homework: Read Beliefs, chapters 3 and 4.
Sunday, Oct. 19, 10:30AM Worship Service: Brinton Rutherford
will also speak in our Sunday morning service. As one with a
background of infant baptism and service in the armed forces,
part of his message may be a personal testimony.
